Ethics, consent, and publication standards for TuwesJournal.
Publication Ethics
TuwesJournal adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors for the conduct, reporting, editing and publication of scholarly work in medical journals.
Research Ethics
Research involving human subjects must have been approved by an appropriate ethics committee. Authors must include a statement to this effect in the manuscript. TuwesJournal follows the Declaration of Helsinki principles for medical research involving human subjects.
Reporting Guidelines
TuwesJournal encourages authors to follow the Sex and Gender Equity in Research (SAGER) guidelines and to register clinical trials in a public trials registry before enrollment of the first participant, as per the ICMJE guidelines.
Conflict of Interest
All authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organisations that could inappropriately influence their work. A conflict of interest statement must be included in the manuscript.
Open Access Policy
TuwesJournal is an open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers immediately upon publication without subscription fees or access restrictions.
